Hartwell Equine Veterinary Services Policies
1. After hours emergencies are available to current clients in good standing only. Current clients must use Hartwell Equine for routine work yearly. This includes:
Vaccines
Dentals
Performance Exams
Herd Health Exams
*Solely using Hartwell Equine for coggins or emergency work DOES NOT constitute you as a regular client.
2. Cancellation fees will be charge for appointments canceled within 24 hours of an appointment time. Appointments must be canceled the BUSINESS DAY before your appointment. If you have a Monday appointment, you will need to notify Hartwell Equine on Friday before close of your cancellation.
3. No show appointments incur a cancellation fee AND farm call. Hartwell Equine will wait for 15 minutes at the farm and attempt to get a hold of you before charging this fee.
